Apostle Derrick L. Wells is a vibrant leader, reality preacher, and end time teacher. With over 40 years of ministry experience, Apostle Wells operates in the five-fold ministry to reach today’s church with a rare, anointed, life-changing word designed to move God’s people from glory to glory. Apostle Wells, is the founder of the D.L. Wells Whole Man Foundation, a 501c-3 organization, to educate and empower God’s people to excel through workforce development, financial empowerment, and mentoring. Apostle Wells currently mentors and trains Christian leaders and business owners and has become known as the Ambassador for God’s people – bringing the message of peace, prosperity, deliverance and healing.
Apostle Wells has traveled throughout the U.S. for nearly 40 years preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He came to know Christ at the age of nine, was licensed to minister by age fourteen, and ordained by age sixteen under the late Pastor Albert Hamrick and the late Bishop Alvin Cartwright of the Greater Saint Philips Pentecostal Church. He went on to operate an international prayer line and planted the Holy Bible Church of Reality and Deliverance Center in Palmer Park’s Dutch Village Community at age nineteen through evangelism and street ministry. Holy Bible Church of Reality and Deliverance Center better known as Holy Bible Christian Ministries (HBCM) is now the headquarters of Masterpiece Ministries in Monroe, NC; Strong Life Ministries in Tampa, FL; Amazing Faith Outreach Ministries in Ft. Washington, MD and Elevation Ministries in Baltimore, MD. He has dedicated his life to the Body of Christ and soul winning. In February 2016, after thirty-two years as the senior pastor of Holy Bible Christian Ministries (HBCM) and RAWWWNation Ministries, Apostle Wells retired and launched D.L. Wells Ministries.
